Position Summary: Open Progress is seeking a proactive problem solver to be the founders’ Chief of Staff. This person is logical, comfortable with ambiguity, hits the ground running and can wear lots of hats. A management consulting or product management background is a plus as it indicates the ability to prioritize, think globally and in a detailed manner. Background in Finance, Strategy, Operations and general business will be helpful. Fluency in Excel, Powerpoint or Keynote, Google Drive and other tech platforms and technology is essential as is a can-do attitude.
Director of Development • Open Progress
Position Summary: Open Progress is seeking a dynamic, go-getter as a freelance Director of Development. This person will work closely with the Co-Founder and rest of the Executive Team to develop and execute a fundraising strategy, cultivate a pipeline and create systems and structures for success. Looking for someone who has hands on experience raising money, is willing to jump in and get things done and has a great attitude while doing it.
Position Summary: Open Progress is seeking an experienced, talented, and multi-faceted sales person to join their affiliate Knock! as its first salesperson. Knock! is a new SaaS solution in the political peer-to-peer texting space and is ready to grow! The salesperson will be able to create systems, develop strategy and goals, cultivate relationships and ultimately make lots of sales. Looking for someone who is comfortable with all phases of the SaaS sales process covering small to enterprise-level clients. This person is an innovative go-getter, a problem solver unafraid to execute to make the sale.
DIGITAL CAMPAIGN FALL INTERN
Opro by Open Progress is seeking fall interns to join our team. These are remote positions that can be based anywhere in the continental U.S. All positions are salary positions without benefits, and part-time and full-time openings are both available. Pay is dependent on experience.
